Inspired by Minimalist Baker, this recipe amps up a classic caesar dressing and makes it plant-based.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup hummus
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1-1.5 lemons (juiced)
- lemon zest
- 1.5 tbsp capers (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1.5 tbsp pepper
- sprinkle of chili flakes
- water (if you need to dilute)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a bowl
- Whisk to combine, adding a touch of water if needed – to dilute
Notes
Feel free to use your favorite mustard, I like coarse brown mustard.
