Miso Tahini Sauce
This simple sauce takes no more than 5 minutes to make and is one of my go to’s for bowls, wraps and vegetables.
I have always loved a good Tahini sauce, made from sesame
Whether it’s on the sweeter side or tart like yogurt – I appreciate the bold nutty flavor sesame brings to earth. I combined 2 of my favorite elements – tahini & miso, to create a sauce perfect for my crispy potato recipe.
This simple sauce takes no more than 5 minutes to make and is one of my go to’s for bowls, wraps and vegetables. Notice how we dissolve the miso into the warmed water before adding it to the sauce. Choosing warmed water vs hot water allows the miso to retain it’s probiotic properties.
In doing this; it also ensures the miso mixes thoroughly, with no clumps.
Cheers to simple recipes!
