Inspired by the traditional Japanese Ponzu sauce, it pairs perfectly with corresponding traditional dishes.
I like to pour this sauce over vegetable fried rice, use as a dipping sauce for plant-based sushi and drizzled over thin slices of avocado and jalapeno. The two fruit juices lighten out the soy sauce to create a perfect balance in flavor.

Citrus Soy Dressing
Inspired by the traditional Japanese Ponzu sauce, it pairs perfectly with corresponding traditional dishes.

- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 jalapeno, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a jar and shake to combine.
Notes
Alternate adding each juice 1 tbsp at a time, to find your perfect citrus soy ratio.
Add a touch of coconut sugar for extra sweetness!
Serve this sauce with a bit of fresh wasabi paste (made from wasabi powder) for an extra kick.
