Eating at Italian restaurants; I could never finish my meal – because of this right here.
Dipping oil and bread.
Breaking open a warm piece of bread and dousing it in olive oil, herbs and spices will never get old. Ever. Extra virgin olive oil is a gift and enjoying it this way allows you to really taste the bold flavor olives have to offer. I dressed it up by adding toasted pine nuts, chili flakes, herbs and spices to create a bold dip for a treasured bread.
I hope you enjoy this dip with our focaccia recipe!
