Peanut-Sesame Dressing
Simple and easy to make, yet tastes like a coveted top-shelf bottle.
This creamy sauce pairs beautifully with veggie- tofu bowls, noodle dishes and spring rolls.
Influenced by the beautiful elements of Indonesian and Vietnamese ‘peanut sauce’ – this recipe is full of flavor. I like to steam a pot of mixed vegetables and dip them into this golden liquid.
