Cilantro Chutney
This green herb has a special place in my heart and it shines in this recipe.
This small green sauce packs big flavor.
When diving into the origin of Indian chutney, I began to appreciate this side dish even more. Humble in it’s genesis, its contents vary depending on what people were/are able to forage or grow in their backyard. Each chutney has its own rich history and cilantro chutney has to be my favorite.

Feel free to add a green pepper/chilli of your choice. I like anaheim and local mild peppers.
