Each chutney has its own rich history and cilantro chutney has to be my favorite.
Course Dressing
Ingredients
2cupscilantro
1green chili
2inchesginger thumb
1-1.5lime (juiced)
½tspsalt
2garlic cloves
2tbspplant based yoghurt, plain
1tspground cumin
splash of water
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor
Blend/process until you’ve reached a desired consistency
Notes
Feel free to add a green pepper/chilli of your choice. I like anaheim and local mild peppers.Alter the consistency of this chutney by adding more water or yogurt
