Cilantro Chutney

Each chutney has its own rich history and cilantro chutney has to be my favorite.
Course Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cilantro
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 inches ginger thumb
  • 1-1.5 lime (juiced)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp plant based yoghurt, plain
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • splash of water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor
  • Blend/process until you’ve reached a desired consistency

Notes

Feel free to add a green pepper/chilli of your choice. I like anaheim and local mild peppers.
Alter the consistency of this chutney by adding more water or yogurt
