Stir for 5-6 minutes, until the tofu has released moisture and turned a golden color
Remove from heat and toss in plant butter (if you’re using)
Serve warm

Take your tofu block, wrap in a cloth, place on a dish and set a skillet on top - this will press out additional moisture, making the texture even better.Plant butter is optional for this recipe. If you are using, I suggest Miyokos butter; as it’s palm oil free.
