Dill Tartar Sauce

Inspired by the original tartar sauce; this plant based version hits all elements of sweet, spicy, tart and of course...dill.
Course Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp veganaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, pieced apart with your hands
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp onion powder OR minced onion

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together, in a small bowl
  • Serve chilled

Notes

If you can't find fresh dill, substitute a bit of chopped pickle  - to give it a dill flavor.
