Combine ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until creamy smooth, about 2-3 minutes
Alternatively; with an immersion blender - I like to place all ingredients into a pot and blend until creamy smooth, about 2-3 minutes
Alternatively; a food processor works well too. Process for 2-3 minutes
Notes
To soak cashews overnight; place them into a bowl and cover with water by an inch or two - cover and let sit overnight. Rinse and drain them in the morning and use! Be careful not to over soak - about 8 hours is great.Apple cider vinegar and lemon juice can be used interchangeably here.
