This dressing is bold, tangy, rich and with those added toasted sesame seeds - packs a smoky bite.

Ingredients
2 Limes, juiced (about 12 tbsp worth)
2 tbsp ginger, grated
1 ½ - 2 tbsp Red miso
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together until fully combined
Notes
If you’re having trouble getting the miso to breakdown, you can blend this dressing. OR, you can mix the miso with the lemon juice first - before stirring it into the rest of the ingredients.
