Cinnamon - Cashew Cream Drizzle

Blending tart and sweet is my happy place and that’s why I will eat any pastry IF it has cream cheese icing on it.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz plant-based cream cheese *
  • 4 tbsp plant butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2.5 tbsp coconut sugar
  • ¼ tbsp cardamom powder
  • 1.5 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients Into a food processor, or blender, blend until creamy smooth
  • Best chilled in fridge

Notes

I used two types of cream cheese - half miyokos brand and half violife brand
The butter I used was from miyokos.
