Ingredients
ΒΌcupliquid aminos, nama shoyu or low sodium soy sauce
1lemon, juiced
1orange, juiced
1jalapeno, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a jar and shake to combine.
Notes
Alternate adding each juice 1 tbsp at a time, to find your perfect citrus soy ratio.Add a touch of coconut sugar for extra sweetness!Serve this sauce with a bit of fresh wasabi paste (made from wasabi powder) for an extra kick.
